Through your personalized sessions, you will support you to:

  2. Practice mindfulness to develop a calm, objective awareness of your feelings.

  3. Use breathwork and emotional regulation techniques to stay centered during challenging moments.

  4. Handle difficult situations with resilience, grace, and intentional choices.

What is Mental Rehearsal?

Mental rehearsal is an amplified visualization technique where you mentally practice a specific activity or situation in your mind before physically engaging in it. This process enhances your performance and builds confidence in the process.

During your Session:

  1. We start off with a simple breathing practice to support you to take a moment for yourself to center.

  2. We have a brief discussion about your practice and what works best for your needs.

  3. We assess what’s coming up for you and where you want to enhance your practice.

  4. We look at what’s going to make the most sense for you based on the demands of your day.

  5. We create an Anchor that supports you to be able to achieve your wanted state with less time, energy, and effort.

What is an Anchor?

Anchors support you to achieve your desired states of Calm, Present, Grounded, Aware, & Connected within moments vs needing to go through a whole process to achieve the same result.

This is really useful while navigating the demands of your day.

Your Anchor can be a word or phrase (ex. Calm or I am calm), a gesture (ex. Touch your hand to your chest) or a combination of both. Whatever works best for you.

How it works:

  • We will meet online via Google Meet.

  • After you book in your session you will receive a Welcome Email that contains a couple of questions for you to reflect on to prepare for your Session. This will help you to get the most out of our time together.

After your Session:

  • You receive 48 hours of email / message support for quick follow up questions.
